Looking for a nice camera?

I'm looking for a good camera.preferably at least 10 mp and I want it to be DSLR. Also, my budget is around $500 or $600.however, I'm not sure if I want a Nikon or Canon and I'm not sure which model.so, any suggestions?

They are all good. Just make sure you get one with a lens on it.

I purchased Canon EOS Rebel T3 camera to take pictures of my family and our vacations. It's easy to use right out of the box. The presets are fantastic but am also looking forward to learning all the features that are available on this camera
