I'm looking for a nice camera?
I was going to get the Nikon V1 but then i realized its only 10 megapixels? I'm wanting a really clear photo for my clients but i don't know if the 10 megapixels will give me that… Would it be worth the money to get the 24 megs in the Sony NEX 5? Or will 10 megs be fine?
Oh my FSM. "only" 10 megapixels? It's apparent that you don't know much about cameras, otherwise you would have just ignored the megapixel count altogether. Megapixels don't determine the clarity of the picture. Adding more megapixels just gives you a larger resolution and that's it.
If you're not planning on printing large poster, 10mp should be fine, getting more pixel on those sensor will increase the details but you will also increase the noise, especially with 24mp.
If you really want lot's of pixel you better invest in a FX camera like the canon 5D Mark II with 21mp, you'll get better result on the image quality due to the size of the sensor.
Yes V1 have Aptina 10Mp Sensor, Buy Sony NEX 5N 16Mp camera have excellent Low Light performance and good for large prints.
