My lens is blurry? Sorta?
Okay so I've been using my fisheye lens for awhile and today I just decided to put on my 18 - 55mm Nikon VR NIKKOR lens.
When I started snapping pictures I noticed the whole thing was slightly (but noticeable) blurry. It seems to be more blurry around the edges.
It's not a smuge or anything seeing I took a cloth and wiped off all the glass & mirrors.
I know it's inside the lens cause my other ones are fine.
* FYI I always keep my lenses in a bag and with there caps.

The best thing to do is contact Nikon at 1-800-NIKON-UX (1-800-645-6689), it is possible it is under warranty and could be fixed for free.
Sounds like mold - if it inside the lens it is extremely hard to get rid of with out an expert cleaning it.http://www.chem.helsinki.fi/~toomas/photo/fungus/
Try shooting a different F stop like F8 and look at them enlarged to see if there's any sharpness. Focus on someone's eye, then zoom looking at the image on the computer. It should be super sharp. It could just be that it is soft around the edges on certain F stops. If with a different F stop it isn't super sharp then you got a bad lens. It happened to me. The only thing to do is send it into Nikon.
