My pictures are either blurry or certain spots are blurry and the rest is sharp?

It's not a out of focus thing, the camera is a Nikon D5000, and I've been a photographer for years. This is a recent problem and I've tried everything to fix it. Help?

Try cleaning your lens or replacing it. Make sure your photo taking setting is on the right one.
