My NIkon FA film camera broke and apparently it will cost me $60 for the repair people to take a look at it and then extra for the repairs. Is this worth it? It is basically the only shop here which will repair film cameras…

If you really love this camera and use it frequently then yeah, it's worth repairing.

Since you can get a used one in good condition for about $110, I'd be tempted to replace it.
