Is The Nikon 35mm 1.8 AF-S lens a SHARP Lens and is IT good in low light?

Dr. Iblis
Yes and yes
from my experience, it is both sharp and fares very well in low light situations

At f/2.5 and smaller apertures, it's sharp.
At f/1.8 (wide open), it's a little soft, only noticeable if you view your image at 100%.
It's a wonderful lens in low light conditions (parties, theater, … )
