Is it possible to hook up my phone to my computer and go on skype?

First know I'm terrible with technology. I need small words.

I have a Samsung Messenger Touch as my phone, and a laptop. My hone is incappable of downloading apps, so please don't say "just download the app". I CAN'T.

Is there some sort of wire I could use to hook up my phone to laptop, and use the camera from my phone as my webcam? If that makes sense? Instead of buying a webcam (I'm trying to save for a Nikon camera) for my laptop, because my laptop doesn't have one.

What you want to do is called tethering.

Yes, you can tether that phone in some cases, but if you can't get apps I'm afraid you are out of luck.
