I saved a lot of money what's worth buying the canon 5ds, 5d mark iii, nikon d810?

I know canon 5ds is 50mp mark 3 22mp nikon d810 36mp which one is worth buying i'm sucka for high mp that excellent but i want a camera that can do it give great image quality/ video i'm not really to bothered i'm looking for a particular full frame to do it all street photography, landscape, portraits

could you also give me a few suggestions on excellent lens for portraits
