I saved alot of money canon 5ds, mark iii and nikon d810?

Get the D810 but bear in mind that image quality depends on you. The camera is only a tool.

Now start saving as much again for a serious lens like the 24-70mm f2.8L, and for a serious tripod. Those high resolution sensors can magnify details if that is what is projected on them, or blurriness and camera shake if that is what is there.
