I'm a youtuber and I want an HD camera, I want you to just be able to see the quality in it, when you zoom, face detection. This can either be a digital camera because I know they're video can be really good, or a regular video camera… As long as it has good quality, a pretty high pixel rate, doesn't use batteries, I think 500 is a fair price. I wanted to use a fuji film it had HD great quality and only 225 but it uses alkaline batteries. If there's something like that for a low price with great quality let me know about that too! Any answer is appreciated… A canon/nikon is preferable. Thanks!

Video cameras will do video much better than any other camera. Period. (well, as long as they are in the same price vicinity)

as for megapixel counts, Full HD video is only 2mp

this perhaps?

The 2011's Nikon P500 has reached a staggering 36x optical zoom, with maximum effective focal length of 810mm when the zoom barrel is extended to the maximum. If this figure doesn't sound absurd to you, you might like to know that a basic astronomical telescope's focal length on average starts from around 700mm.

The P500 can shoot Full HD (1920×1080-pixel) movies at 30 frames per second, with stereo sound and full use of the optical zoom. It also offers a 720p mode at 1280x720 pixels (30 fps) and VGA mode at 640x480 pixels (30 fps).
