Which digital cameras $200 and under are of high quality?

The Casio Exilim I had for three years broke(piece of s*#@t plastic gears inside broke!). I was never satisfied with that camera though.
I need a replacement soon so I can take reference pictures for my art class.
Any suggestions?
I'm in high school and can't afford anything more than $200… Which is pushing it because I need to save the rest of my money for other supplies I may need. So please don't suggest I buy anything over that.
I was looking at the Canon Powershots: sd1400(http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-SD1400IS-Stabilized-Black/dp/B0035FZJJ4/ and
sd1300(http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-Stabilized-2-7-Inch-Silver/dp/B0035FZJKI/ as well as some Nikon cameras…

If you want high quality products budget products then have these couple things in mind.
-don't buy a cheap mega zoom
-stay away from nikon compacts(bad image quality
-don't buy a non name brand

the two best camera under 200 are the pentax optio h90 and the canon powershot sd1300. The pentax has a good image quality, a weird look, no image stabilization, 5x zoom, hd video, and vignetting the sd1300 is smaller with better iq than the h90, 4x zoom, no hd video, better biuld quality, and a better user interface. The h90 is only 110$ though.
