How to restore deleted photos from an SD card?

Earlier, I was going through my pictures on my Nikon S6300, and I was going to delete a picture, but I had accidentally chosen the "Delete All Photos" option and not the the "Delete Selected Image".

You can use an image recovery program like Lexar's Rescue 4.

In the future:

At end of each shooting day, copy All the images from your memory card to your computer.
Once they are all safely there, format the card so it is ready for your next adventure

FORGET your camera even has a delete button. It only can leave to grief and eventually card corruption.

Buy a second card to carry with you if you are afraid that you will fill your card so you do NOT have to delete images to make room for more
