On many Nikon DSLRs, there are two buttons marked with green dots. Holding both of these down for about 3 seconds will do a "quick reset" of basic settings like ISO, exposure compensation, image size and quality.
If you're talking about a "factory reset", where *every* setting is erased, look for a tiny button on the underside of the camera or in it's data port compartment. You will have to use a ballpoint pen or paper clip to push the button.
