Nikon D200 help or reset?

My girlfriend is all pissed off because she did something to her nikon settings so it isn't taking pictures the same anymore. Its taking a few seconds to snap the picture and it seems like the colors are different. It also doesn't make the noises it used to make when we took pictures. Anyone know what to do like if there's a rest settings button or something? I tried holding down the two buttons but it seems like that didn't work.

There's a two-button reset (green buttons) to set the camera back to the factory settings

She should by now, know how to use white balance, image resolution, ISO sensitivity and other basic settings.
