How to reset the language on the Nikon D3300 camera?
How do I reset the language on the Nikon D3300 camera?
Try resetting the camera by turning the camera on while holding down the menu button. The on-screen directions may still not be in English, so you might want to be next to your computer where you can use Google Translate to understand the displayed words.
See page 231 in your manual. That may help you figure out how many steps down the language setting is (probably 10 steps down). If you don't have the manual, download it from Nikon's web site.
That does not work. The same enu screen comes up. Any other options? Still, thank you
If you bought a grey market camera, you may not be able to set the language to anything but the language it came with. Maybe you can match the menu with the pix in the manual and make do.
All of your answers are in the manual.
What language is it in now?
You need to go to the Setup menu, which is a wrench icon.
There should be language option in the camera menu.
If you can't find it, then consult your Instruction Manual.
Japanese language in a camera bought directly from Japan? No way, you're stuck.
Something else? It's in the manual. If you don't have a manual, download one from Nikon's website. If you think manuals are for sissies, brute force your way into every option in the menu. If you can't understand the menu, find someone who does. If you can't find somebody, go back to getting a manual.
Bought an Imported Nikon D3300 from Lazada and when it arrived, I opened the camera and surprisingly saw Japanese language. The manual included is also in Japanese language. How can I be able to change it in English? Is it possible or not? Thinking of returning the camera to Lazada:'
On menu go to row no 11 select and find your language option.
