Good Quality Canon Lens to buy?

I don't know anything about camera's, but all i want is a good quality camera with a detachable lens that's nikon or canon under 300$, and i asked this question and someone on here recommended the Canon EOS D30 3MP Digital SLR camera, because it's $154 on Amazon, but it was the body only.
SO. I need a lens. And i don't know anything about lens either, but i don't want it to be over $100, i don't know how much they cost.
Any suggestions i can look up? Help?

Added (1). And I'm planning on getting the fish eye lens, how much is that?

The 35mm is an excellent lens. I believe the f/1.8 model is just above $100 ($125 I think).It's a great all around and I'd really look into it.
And by the way, the canon 30d for only $154 was a great deal

Canon has D30 and 30D camera. The former, D30 (which you indicated in your post) was introduced in 2000.It has a 3.1 MP sensor and has 1 1.8 inch LCD. The 30D was introduced in 2006 and has 8.2 MP sensor and 2.5 inch LCD.

One important point to note is that the D30 can't use EF-s lens like the cheap but good eF-s 18-55mm kit lens.

You won't find any dslr camera for under double that money. $600 is about the base price these days of any dslr camera.
