Good Digital Camera's?

For xmas i got a nikon s3000. I really like it but i'm willing to return it and pay up to 150 - 200 dollars for a different one.
Some i like are the nikon s4000 and 6000

are there any cameras around that price range better than those? I really like ones with HD video cause i do take many videos. I have a Kodak zi8 pocket video that i want to sell to get more money to buy a better camera so do you think it is worth it to sell it?

I do not mind going to a different brand as long as it is a good brand

The kodak easyshare M550 is a great camera! It is easy to operate, lightweight, has many good features, like "sportshot" that allows you to take a moving picture and it not be blurry, and "firework" witch allows you to capture fireworks without glare/blur!
on the walmart website, the camera sells for $89.00! It is fairly simple and nice looking. The battery life is great, and it also takes video! The focus is very good, and it has zoom in/out feature.plus, its ready to use right out of the box, and most any type of memory card works with it!
I have one and i just love it.
plus, with the easyshare, and a memory card, you don't have to download all that software junk. Just put your memory card onto your computer, and automatically upload photo/video to youtube, twitter, facebook, kodak galler, and flickR!
