Good camera for 100-200 budget?

I'm thinking of buying a camera on a budget of £100-200 and i want it to be a known brand, sony, nikon, panasonic, canon ect. And i want it to be one of the proffesional looking ones if you know what i'm mean? Not like the ones you can store in your pocket and just take a picture with one hand, but the fairly decent sized camera's that're held in two hands and black, i mainly want a camera for taking pictures of life and memories.

Would highly recommend the Nikon s3100. Has 14 megapixels and comes in awesome colours. I have aqua! Great camera!

Any canon cameras. I've had mine for two years and it works perfectly! They're about $110 to $170 depending where you get them, but it's worth it! My Canon Powershot A1100 IS has 12.1 megapixels and is everything I could ask for in a camera.
