Best point and shoot camera on a £100 budget?

I currently own a nikon d80, but i'm looking for something more compact (point and shoot) for just general use when out and about with family/friends etc

I have a budget of £100. Any suggestions, links etc are appreciated.

p.s. I'm looking for something with at least 10mp

Thanks,
Marie

Added (1). To clarify, i'm NOT downgrading to a point and shoot. The d80 i use for a photography basis. I'm just looking for a point and shoot simply for carrying around with me on a daily basis and taking quick photos when out with friends and family.

I don't believe I understand. You own a camera the quality of a D80 and you want to downgrade to
a cheap compact camera? This makes no sense to me. I wouldn't do it. Why would you even consider down grading the quality of the photos you take for the sake of size of the camera?

I'm confused.

There are no "quality" cameras for your budget, they don't exist.

I had used Nikon Coolpix L22 12.1MP Digital Camera which is really good.
