Lens compatibility with the Nikon D300s?

I have the opportunity to buy a Nikon D300s camera. I have Dx lenses, it is my understanding that the DX lenses may cause a vingette with the D300s.

Will this vignette be really noticeable and affect the overall picture quality severly?

The D300s is a DX camera, so there will be no vignetting. All those lenses will work just as you are accustomed to.

No vignetting on the D300s, therefore nothing to worry about

The D300s is a DX camera. You're better off buying a D7000.
