Is lens compatable with a?

Could anybody please tell me if a Nikon AF Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8D Lens is fully compatable with a Nikon D300s.

Yes, it will work perfectly. The D300s works with pretty much any currently available Nikon lens. That's the Nikon F-mount then. There's also a S-mount, but that has been out of production for 50 years or so.

Yes fully in every way or form. You get everything, full metering, AF, the lot!
You're lucky to have a D300, top end Nikon DSLRs are designed to have backward compatibility to AI-generation lenses. Pre AI lenses need minor modification if not already modified.
