Nikon SLR Cameras

I want to buy a nice camera, any suggestions?

So I don't like the quality of phone cameras and I want to get an affordable camera that has better quality than an iphone or ipod touch camera. I'm not looking to be a photographer, but I'd like to take very nice photos of my vacations and just life. I want the people's faces to be recognisable and I don't like glares and such. I'm willing to spend a couple hundred, but I don't know a thing about cameras. I love one of my friend's photos and he uses a Nikon D800. Though that's way too expensive for me. Any suggestions would be nice.

There's lots of cheap cameras out there for $200 but understand the quality isn't much more than it's price tag. The Fuji company makes a fine line of bridge cameras that do a pretty good job… Check them out.

Hi, do you need mini camera or some wearable camera? They are cool, and can take recording with hands free. Such as spy sunglasses, spy watch etc.

I own the d800 and i number of other nikon dslr products. They have all been fantastic.

If you are looking into getting some fantastic vacation photos and interested in learning some basics of photography along the way I would highly recommend the nikon d5100 or the d3100. The d5100 was my first camera and it truly was a perfect travel camera. The d3100 is essentially the same but doesn't have a swivel- out LCD screen. Look at this deal on B&H -- you can also get refurbished without worry. Always a great option. I own both of those lenses included in the package and they totally get the job done.
