Most likely not unless you're experienced in taking apart fine electromechanical devices. Even then, you'd need to buy a new sensor which Nikon probably would not sell you and you'd need the diagnostic and calibration software that Nikon never releases.

How did you do that?

What did you stick into your camera with the lens off, mirror up and shutter open?

I would send the camera back to Nikon for repair at this point.

I have looked into dSLR disassembly and someone with a good set of small hand tools and proper respect for ESD (Eletrostatic Discharge aka grounding protocols) could get the D200 sensor OUT but installing a new sensor and adjusting for proper back focus is more that this man wants to attempt! Parts will run about what another used D200 will run. Keep yours for a parts donor since the D200 is discontinued.
