Off course not, it must be model specific or at least a list of models that it is compatible with.

I don't know if every one will. The common, inexpensive ML-L3 Wireless Remote definitely will.
I don't know whether the MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord will.

I can't be certain, but you may need a specific model.

You'd be better off asking Nikon.

The answer is on page 55 of your manual. If necessary, you can download your manual from Nikon. Hint: Nikon only has one wireless remote.
