Which DSLR would be better?

I've narrowed my research down to 5 camera's, and want people's opinion on which would/is be better, however I would consider another model if it better suits my preferences. The main features I want is file support of RAW + JPEG for images, and a good continuous shooting speed for things that would be easy to catch as they happen, i.e a lightning storm, motor sports, etc.
The camera's are -
Sony SLT A33
Sony A390L
Canon 1100D
Nikon D5100
Nikon D3100

None. If you are looking for lightning storm, motor sports.etc.
Go for D7000/D700/D800 or 60D/7D or 5D. These cameras have fastest shutter speed and continuous frames.

Any of these cameras can do continuous shooting. BTW, for a lightning storm, you want a long exposure on a tripod.
Here's a tool to compare the cameras you have chosen.

I would choose the Nikon D5100 from this group. Several people I know have this camera and love it.
