Which camera should I go with?

I'm not really a beginner at photography, I've worked as a photographer(in studios) for 10 years on and off. But I'm in the market to buy my 1st dslr. I've always worked with Nikon cameras and even my point and shoot is nikon. However i recently used a friend's Canon and I loved it. The two I'm torn over are the rebel t3i and the nikon d3200 (leaning towards this one). Or if someone has another suggestion for a good entry level dslr. As long as its price comparable to the other 2.

LoveBug* that's a neat name! I can't imagine what the "8" is for? Oh! Oh! On to give my take on your question. I say buy what you are comfortable with! Two years ago I decided to reenter the world of DSLR photography. And instead of choosing my life long experience with Canon, I choose to jump ship to Pentax. And I'm very pleased two years later with the results and my "freedom" in using a single lens reflex type camera again! I chose Pentax because of 3 things. First and foremost I could see through the viewfinder easier than with the Canon. The Canon just had too many distractions in the form of icons. I don't like 5 little squares for focusing. I prefer a movable single square for focusing. I like to frame my shots quite often with things in nature like trees, etc. So being able to move the focusing square to where I want it is a creative feature I love. Point two, was the availability to use lenses from years past that Pentax made. You can't do this with Canon or Nikon. Point 3 is that the stabilization feature is built into the camera body not every lens that I buy.
My advice is to buy the Pentax K30. BUT buy it in kit form where in addition to the camera body, 28-50mm lens a 50-to-200mm lens is included. I did not do this and it cost me $50.00 more in the long run.

Yes, I mean it
More a matter of personal preferences, they all function similarly
