What is the right UV filter size for Nikon d3200 18-55mm VR lens?

I'm new to photography and the Nikon d3200 is going to be my first camera. I'm planning to buy it tomorrow and also the uv filter to protect the lens glass.

Look on the lens and you will see this symbol ø alongside a number. The number will be the filter size in mms. Eg ø55 = 55 mm filter.

I think that is 52mm but when you buy it they will confirm that.
