A wide angle lens for landscapes - sigma 10-20mm, tamron 10-24mm
polarising filter, and or and Grad filter…
telephoto lens for animals - 70-300mm
there are lots of "attachments", but it all depends if you know what you are doing with the camera or if you are real beginner… In which case, you might want to practice with your kit lens, until you have learned the basics of photography… Then evolve as a photographer…
For landscape you will want a tripod and a remote shutter control. Both can be got quite cheap.
You will also need a wide angle lens. Not so cheap.
The widest for your camera is the sigma 8-16mm. You will need to balance budget with angle of view and aperture.
You may also want to add a lens hood to that list, can also be cheap.
You can make your D3000 a landscape monster for around £500 if you are wise with your choices.
