I just got a nikon d3000, does anybody have any cool phototaking techniques i can use?
I just got a nikon d3000 and i love it but there's so many different options and settings.anybody have any good apeture/exposure settings that work well in different scenarios? I live in the mountains and there's always wonderful photo worthy scenery. How can i capture this beautifully? Also, If you have any other suggestions anything can help.
Manual photography is definitely the best way to go. Google and read up on the exposure triangle, depth of field, and stop action. Those three things will do wonders for your photography.
Here's one thing I really like to do.
This at 1/1000 and let the camera decide the aperture.
