How to change fps on nikon d7000?

PETER
I wanna use this camera for filming, but is there a manual way to make the camera FILM 1080p with 60fps? Or is it set to do 1080p at 24fps?

For clarity, what you will be doing is shooting movies using video, NOT film
Here are the available video settings for the D7000
1920 x 1080 (24 fps),
1280 x 720 (24, 25, 30 fps),
640 x 424 (24 fps)
If you want to shoot in Full HD @ 60 fps, you need the Nikon D7100
1920 x 1080 (60, 50, 25, 24 fps),
1280 x 720 (60, 50 fps),
640 x 424 (30, 24 fps)
EDIT: All this information is in the cameras user manual
