Nikon d300s not shooting at 7 fps?
My nikon d300s is not shooting at 7 fps anymore… Does have to do because i messed up the settings… I was doing some video
If you think you "messed up" the settings, this tells us that you have not spent enough time with the user manual.
High speed continuous shooting requires that you use a high enough shutter speed and probably the MB-D10 grip.
The other question why do you need to shoot at 7 fps?
Are you shooting time lapse?

If you are just shooting sports or action, looking for three or four compelling photos, you need to learn how to shoot at the peak of action using a single shot.
One possibility could be that you have active d-lighting turned on. I think that slows the rate that the camera can process the images.
