Nikon D3200 is currently the best entry-level DSLR under £750.agree/disagree?

The D3200 has the highest resolution (just), but that does not necessarily mean best. The other features can be more important.
It largely depends on what you want to photograph. If you do a lot of macro photography then a DSLR with a moving screen like the D5100 would arguably be better. The D3200 is also not the best at high ISOs.
Some might argue that the Sony A65 is a better bet for sports work, and at about £700 it fits your under £750 criteria. It is also about 24MP, shoots much faster at 10 frames per second against the Nikon D3200's 4 FPS, goes to much higher ISOs for low light, has faster phase-detection autofocus, more focus points, is capable of 3D pictures and every lens is image stabilised because it is built into the body.
I'm sure that Canon has cameras which are also better suited for particular tasks but I know less about that brand.
EDIT - by the way, the snapsort.com site is often overly simplistic. It focuses overly on features and not on things like ergonomics and menu useability, which can make a lot of difference when using cameras. It gives those features a weighting which may not be relevant to all photographers. It also frequently lists something as a reason to buy one camera which is actually also present in the other. For example in the D5100 vs D3200 comparison, under reasons to buy the D5100 it has "large sensor APS-C", which is equally true of the D3200, where it is not listed as a reason to buy!
Disagree.
Check out the Sony SLT a65 which allows for full-time continuous phase-detect auto focus whether you're shooting still pictures or video. The 'Technical Image Press Association' (TIPA) chose the Sony SLT as its 2012 "Best Advanced DSLR".

I tend to take comparisons such as the one you linked with a grain of salt. In the real world, with both cameras side by side with the same focal length, aperture, shutter speed and ISO I doubt in a blind test you or anyone else would be able to tell which camera took which picture.
Yes, it is the best entry level DSLR at this point.
