Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 DC HSM AF for Nikon?

Okay so i have a nikon d5100 and i'm wondering if the Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 DC HSM AF lens will auto focus on my camera, its very confusing because i know the sigma has a hyper sonic motor, but it says af not af-s, i thought it had to be af-s to have its own motor and to work on my camera? Does anyone have any info on this?

All AF-S lenses do have their own auto-focus motors in them… That is why the auto-focus so fast when compared to a legacy AF lens.
Third party cameras can't use the term AF-S. That is a Nikon term.
HSM (Hyper-Sonic Motor) is Sigmas auto focus system.
I'm surprised you did not make that connection.
