The lens has a Canon mount. It won't attach to a Nikon.

No. There are companies which offer "adaptors", but they never work well, do not offer full facilities, and generally degrade the optical performance.

If you intend to change systems, you need to abandon (sell, etc) all the lenses and other bits and pieces which work only with the old system,.
