Should i trade my nikon?

My friend and i are considering a trade, ipad 1 plus $100 for nikon d3000 with camera bag and fisheye. The camera has a broken flash that won't go down but is fully functional, scratched housing of the kit lens, and a little scratch on the viewfinder.nothing will effect the pictures however. And i bought the fisheye for 100.

Well… Nikon D3000's are are still fetching for some good money on Ebay. I would wait to see if someone would trade you for an IPAD 2. You could probably get $250 in it's current condition on craigslist from someone. I would hold onto it. I have the IPAD 2. While I like it, the novelty of it wore off faster than I thought.

The ipad and 100 is worth about 500 dollars more than the broken nikon if you want the nikon then sell the ipad and get a new d3100 with the ipad money

The camera is all but worthless. It clearly hasn't been cared for and isn't worth the risk that unseen damage has been done.

Is it your camera? If so your friend won't be your friend for long if you trade that wreck for his/her iPad!
