Photography techniques and editors?

I have had a recent passion for photography and i have a nikon D3200. I participate in a lot of digital photography competitions and have done pretty well. I know the basic techniques of taking a good photo (framing, simplicity, rule of thirds, vertical lines, geometric shapes, etc.)and i know a good amount about lighting and colors as well as some editing tools but i want to learn more. Does anyone have any good tips on photography, helpful websites, tutorials, and editors that are free?

Once you know your camera, lens, strobes, modifiers, colors, post-processing and printing, and you aren't running a business, all that's left is to explore. Flickr is a great place to browse the work of others and find new and interesting things to do with your photography. The rest should be your imagination and vision. Dream it, then figure out how to make a picture of it. In terms of editing, the sky is the limit with Photo$hop/GIMP. Just search for tutorials.

Umm. Photoshop CS4/CS5 & Cinema 4D. These are not free but you can find them on the internet where you can download them for free, amazing programs to use and are used by top commercial companys.

Like I said, Take the plunge. Get some real learning and explore your passion with a good knowledge base. Move you up from just a picture taker to maybe an advanced amateur or low professional status.
