Photography site recommendations?

I have just recently become inspired and excited about photography after getting a camera as a gift. Few questions:
1. Can anyone recommend a good site to learn from to improve my photography skills/editing skills
2.Is there a site where I can submit my photos and receive feedback?
3. I have a Nikon D3100, is this a good starting point to get into photography?

2) The best place for reliable critique of your images is in a proper photo class. You will get excellent criticism or your work from the instructor as well as your fellow students and you will learn to critique as well. In the end, you need to learn how to critique your own work

Also has a good community and multiple groups for many people to see your photo's.
