this site looks pretty legitimate i mean i just doubt it slightly because of how amazing these prices are compared to the original sites such as apple and nikon there are sales such as 50% off saving you hundreds of dollars?

It's a scam site out of China. When you go to pay, you'll be directed to a site called visamasterpay, which is also a fraud operation in China. (They may have changed the name of that site as well.)

Notice that there's no physical address given. They may have an American phone number (480 prefix is in Arizona), but that doesn't mean anything.

Prices 'too good to be true' that you see on the internet are invariably scams.
