Can we do Star Trail photography with the Nikon D3200?
I really want to shoot the night sky.
I have read about star trail photography and it seems I have a particular attraction towards star trail photography. I bought the Nikon D3200 HDSLR camera but I don't know how to shoot the above types of photography with this camera.
Is there an inbuilt function or do I need other camera accessories or a laptop may be? Please specify the requirements to shoot these type of photography.

Can we do Time Lapse Photography with Nikon D3200?
Does the Nikon D3200 have a Time Lapse Photography option. I'm really eager to shoot the morning in my city through Time Lapse.
If there's no inbuilt option then how can we do it manually?

Is it worth upgrading from the Nikon d3000 to later models?
I have had the D3000 for about 4 years now and I find it quite limiting in it's manual mode. I'd like to learn more about proper photography rather than "point and shoot" but I feel like the D3000 is not very comprehensive when it comes to manual mode. Firstly am I just making this up?
And if I were to upgrade, what camera would you suggest? I was looking at the D5100 but I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading to that since it seems pretty similar to the D3000 (correct me if I'm wrong?)
I was also considering the D7000 but I don't have a lot of experience shooting in manual mode. Will the step up be too complicated or should I just try it?
(only really looking for Nikons.)

I got a fisheye lens and it was mighty expensive. Its a Japan optics HD digital advance 0.48x52mm. I'm using it on my Nikon D3100 18-55mm lens and it never focusses. Ever. I've tried many things (auto/manual focus, 3D setting etc) but nothing seems to work. Are there any suggestions? It worked when the guy at the store demo'd it to me.

Which camera should I bring with me on my trip to Central/Eastern Europe?
I'm going on a trip to Central/Eastern Europe in a few weeks, and I'm facing a dilemma over which camera I should bring. I have a Nikon D90 and a Nikon 1 S1. I'm not a professional photography, but it is an avid hobby of mine. I usually take photos with my iPhone. I want nice pictures for this trip but I also don't want to lug around and be so invested in being alert over the D90 that I won't be enjoying the trip. I haven't practiced all too much with the D90, but I know enough to take OK pictures. I don't like the quality of the S1 very much, but it's easy to use and it's much lighter. This trip is one of those "once in a lifetime" trips. I want to make sure I have good pictures, but I don't want to have to compromise too much comfort for it. Thoughts?

How to take video in NIKON D5100? - 2
I'm borrowing my sister in laws NIKON d5100 and I don't know how to take a video on it. I can't reach her and the Nikon website won't let me download the manual. All I need to know is how to set it so I can record a video.

Cheaper alternative to Sony RX1? Compact camera that shoots quality videos?
I'm looking for a nice compact camera that will shoot good quality videos. After doing some research I really like what the Sony RX1 has to offer, unfortunately it's quite pricey for me. The cheapest I've been able to find online is $2,110. I've also been looking at the Fujifilm XM1, which is more in my price range, but was curious what other options I might have. I've had a Nikon D3000 for quite some time but since I'll be moving to Italy in a few months I really want something more compact and that will take nice sharp videos.
