Tamron 90mm VC on a Nikon D7000 body for Insects and Bugs?

I want to try out macro photography and i wanted to buy the Tamron 90mm VC USD.
I would like to photograph insects, fish, flowers, plants, etc. Is this lens suitable for that since this is the lens that i can afford. I know in macro photography you need a tripod, a ring flash or a light source and stuff. I can't afford Nikon 105mm so is the Tamron 90mm 2.8 VC ok?

Added (1). So can i take pictures of insects and small creatures using the Tamron 90mm VC?

My Nikon D5100 s autofocus doesn't work in a nightclub?

So I work as a nightclub photographer but my autofocus won't work meaning I have to take a dozen pictures every time using manual focus as i can't see if it is focused properly or not.

Is there a way of fixing this?

Exposure compensation on my Nikon D3200 doesn't work?

The exposure compensation on my Nikon D3200 doesn't work? - 1

Added (1). Sorry, I'm afraid I don't know where the manual is. I assumed the exp. Comp. Would work on any mode. I use my camera on manual all the time, and I don't have auto ISO enabled.

Why isn't my Nikon D3200 display not changing in manual?

My camera recently had a circuit problem (and wouldn't turn on) and today I just got it back from being repaired. It works as good as new - except one thing: on live view, on manual, the screen doesn't preview exactly what the photo should turn out as. It automatically adjusts the preview as if it were on automatic, instead of showing what my settings are. It worked fine before it had the problem I mentioned.
Does anyone know what the matter is?

Good lenses for Nikon D3200?

So I have the Nikon d3200 and I'm wondering what lenses are the best. I'm not that bothered about zoom to be honest but any other features are good. Also my price range is anything up to about £150 ish.

Sold my D5100, left with 35 MM 1.8G lens. What body to buy?

Sold my D5100, left with 35 MM 1.8G lens. What body to buy? - 1

Added (1). Requirements
1.Portraits
2.Landscape
3.Low-light

I don't need large buffers and high shutter speed.

As I have only 1 lens I can switch to a Canon too.

Added (2). Thank you FotoAce.

How about D7000 which is about 40% less costly than D7100? Does the performance difference do justice to the cost difference. I understand, with D7000, I will get the same sensor in a different body.

Added (3). Same sensor as in D5100*

Added (4). BriaR

I need a body with motor.(I have a 50mm 1.8D which I hardly could use on D5100)
I need weather sealing.
I need to shoot in low light

These are the reason I'm upgrading the body.
Another reason I believe this is right time to get a decent resale value for D5100.

As for buying Nikon, I learned when I started off shooting that Nikon makes better glasses than Canon.
