NIKON D50 SELF-TIMER

I have the manual, but I can't seem to adjust the self-timer from 10sec to 20sec.

It says to customize, scroll to number 19, but mines only goes up to number 6.

It's a NIKON D50…

That's probably because the standard settings are 2 and 10 seconds and that's all you get.

Check your owner's manual about the self timer - details will be there.

You may have your menu system setup to simple mode. See page 69 in your manual, "CSM/Setup".In the simple mode, many menu items do not show.
