Nikon D90? How can i set self timer on my NIKON D90?

I just got my D90 and i have no clue how to set a self timer i can't figure it out please help

Press and hold the button that looks like it has an image of a timer on it. While holding that button, turn the rear command dial until the icon of the timer appears. It will appear two different ways. One along with a remote and one by itself. Hope I don't need to explain that part. Once you have the timer icon up on the top LCD you can press the shutter release. If in auto focus the camera will focus and then the count down begins. A light will flash on the front of the camera before it takes the photo. You can set the length of the timer in the menus between 2 and 10 seconds.
