How to activate the self-timer in a nikon D7000?

I've just got a new nikon D7000 and have no idea on how to use the self timer: S Little help please.

When all else fails READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual for your camera. I'm 99.999% certain there's an Index at the front of the Manual and somewhere within that Index you'll find a section or sub-section that says 'Using the self-timer' or words to that effect.
