Miranda 700cb safe with d3100?

Can some one tell me if a Miranda 700cb would be safe to use on my Nikon d3100!

I'm unable to find anything about Miranda 700cb in a search. Miranda named camera and lenses were obsolete many, many years ago. If you are talking about a Miranda lens mounting on your Nikon d3100, the answer is a definite no. You can't mount it on the Nikon, and you could damage the camera if you try to force it.
If this is not useful, or you get a good answer, good. If not, revise or ask a new question with specific details on what you are attempting to do and the details on each part.

It's a multi-dedicated flash from the days before AF, I wouldn't even bother to try. The high trigger voltage could do some expensive damage.
