Nikon kits on ebay/amazon- legit or no?

So, I have a Nikon D100 currently, but I'm looking to upgrade without killing my wallet (under $2000). I've found a D300s on Amazon with a kit including 3 lenses, filters, batteries, charger, etc. Does anyone have any experience with this camera/those camera kits?

With those sites, you rely on feedback given by other customers. You really have no other way of knowing whether the seller is legit or not. As for the kit itself, it's pretty much up to the seller what he adds to the basic factory release (which incidentally does not even include a memory card).

Usually kits like that contain badly made, cheap feeling lenses and filters

best would be to get the Nikon D300s body alone and use everything you already have for your D100. If you want to, get Nikon products or another reputable brand.
