Is there a cheap wireless remote that I can use on my Nikon D7000?

I can't afford the ml-3 that's like $200 bucks. Even the $150 one on amazon. Any opinions? Or experience with cheaper remotes?

There should be remotes for much cheaper. Check amazon again. Just look for any remote that is capable to connect with the d7000.

Just google "generic remote for nikon d7000". They all work fine, just not quite as well as the nikon ones.

Did you look at the the ML-L3? It costs less than $20, around $16 on Amazon
The ML-3 is a very advanced wireless that can even be triggered by someone crossing the beam between the camera and wireless remote

I use the $20 remote I got at Best Buy for my Nikon. Works just fine.
