Probably not. Regardless of new models out all dslr cameras are still worth their asking price. The majors, Canon and Nikon rarely reduce their prices regardless.

Maybe $50 if the D8000 or whatever the next model is comes out

It's second hand price will drop quite a bit, but the manufacturer rarely reduces their prices when new models are released. They'll just discontinue the current model and be done with it.

The D7000 is a transition camera from the past generation D90, D3100, D300, well I guess you can figure out the rest.

The new D3200, D800 and D4 are part of the new generation of Nikon dSLR's. Soon you will see cameras that are going to replace the D300/D300s, D5100 and eventually the D7000.
