Is the Nikon AF Zoom Nikkor 80-200mm F/4.5-5.6D Lens compatible with a D3200?
Is the Nikon AF Zoom Nikkor 80-200mm F/4.5-5.6D Lens compatible with a D3200?
You would be better off with the 70-200 f/4. It's AF-S which means it will focus on your body. Also, the 80-200 has nasty Spherical Aberration which causes focus shift when used at close distances (under 4 meters) making it bad for studio use.
As Not Quo states, it will work fine, but won't auto focus.
Yes as long as you can do without auto focus. Only Nikon's AF-S lenses can auto focus on your D3200.
It will mount and it will work but with manual focus only.
To preserve the autofocus function, get only Nikon lenses with the AF-S or AF-I spec. AF only is not enough.
