Is Nikon D90 good for beginners?

I wanted to know whether Nikon D90 is good for beginners?

I would love to shoot Birds and nature.

I have heard that a wide variety of lenses are compatible with Nikon D90. I want a camera which will be good in the long. I can't spend often on camera. So please suggest.

If you're not afraid do to a bit of studying and put some effort in then it's a fine camera to start with.

The D90 has already been discontinued. But it's still a great camera that would give you many years of use.
You just have to read the owners manual so you'll know what the camera can and can't do.
