Is it applicable lens af-nikkor 50mm F1.4D with nikon d60?

It will mount and meter, but it won't autofocus.
If you want a lens that autofocuses on your camera, you could get the brand new 50mm/1.8G AF-S or the 50mm/1.4G AF-S.
The AF-S bit is the important thing, it tells you that the lens has its own autofocus motor.AF lenses as 50mm/1.4D do not, they depend on the autofocus motor to be in the body. Your D60 doesn't have one.

Only Nikon AF-S lenses will auto focus on your D60. You can use the AF 50mm f1.8 but you'll have to manually focus it.
Here is the announcement of the new Nikon AF-S 50mm f1.8G lens:

It should be available in June and retail for about $220.00 - about $100, 00 more than the AF 50mm f1.8 lens.

No AF but you will get metering. But a 1.4 does need to be manually focused anyway so it's no big issue.
